Q. What is professional house cleaning?
A. Professional house cleaning is a thorough, room to room, top to bottom cleaning of your house done at one time. We help you get your house clean, and then we help you maintain it at a level of cleanliness that is healthier and more enjoyable than you may be able, or want, to do yourself.
Q. Who will you send to clean my house?
A. We operate 7-10 teams of two people who are experienced well trained professional housecleaners. All have had extensive background checks performed, are ABS employees and are fully bonded and insured. Each team has a leader and a helper. The difference between these two jobs is usually the amount of time an individual has spent with our company.
Q. What if I do not like the cleaners you send the first time to my house?
A. If you do not like any of the teams we may send to clean your house at any time, please let our office know immediately and we will make sure they are not sent again. As well, if you particularly like a team and how they clean please let us know and we will try and schedule that team to clean your house on a regular schedule.
Q. Do I supply the clean supplies and cleaning equipment?
A. Not unless you would like us to use something special. If you need special cleaners used on smooth top cooking surfaces, granite countertops, wood floors or have any defined allergies to chemicals please supply what you would like to be used in your home. We do bring our own ORECK vacuum cleaner unless you would prefer us to use yours.
Q. What do I need to do before the cleaners come to my house?
A. It would help our cleaners do the best job possible if you could clean away clutter so they do not have to clean around it. Any thing irreplaceable, either for financial or sentimental reasons, should be put someplace safe so as to eliminate any risk of breakage. Please ask your children to put their toys away to help the cleaners too.
Q. How much does house cleaning cost?
A. Our pricing varies depending on your homes size and your special cleaning needs. In many cases we suggest that you begin your service with a “deep clean” to get everything up to par and then we help you determine the best schedule for your needs. We provide free in house estimates and consultation at your convenience.
